As a Yoga Therapist with over 2,000 hours of teaching experience, I specialize in slower-paced movement practices taught with creative sequencing, rich philosophy, and a sense of humor.
I fell in love with Yoga in a high school dance class. Over 15 years later, my practice now draws on Viniyoga, Zen meditation, and ongoing engagement with Joanna Macy’s Work that Reconnects.
I love reading, cooking & hiking and am always striving to be better aligned with social/ecological justice.
I believe that bodily work has the power to create positive social change, as practitioners connect their internal work with the world beyond their bodies.
