Description
Nina has lived several narratives that ultimately led her to yoga: addicted perfectionist, injured gymnast, overworked interior designer, isolated solo business owner, and sleepless mom. After spending her academic years in the “Big 10”, her career began at a top international architecture firm in Atlanta. Ensuing twelve years in the design industry and one too many nights sleeping at her desk, she decided a redirection towards wholeness was imperative. She packed her bags and (without knowing a soul) moved to Cape Cod and eventually settled in Boston.
Since then, Nina has taught yoga and meditation for over sixteen years. Her physical and spiritual training spans various influences, including Vinyasa, Katonah, prenatal and restorative yoga. Competitive gymnastics, physical therapy, Integrative Positional Therapy, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Qigong, nutrition, Christianity, and an overarching interest in wellness inform her teachings.
