Yoga With Luen

Luen is a Seattle-based, certified yoga instructor who completed her 200HR training and Myofascial Release courses with Yoga Medicine with her mentors Tiffany Cruickshank and MacKenzie Kozlowski 20 years of deep yoga practice. A runner, surfer, biker, and yogi, Luen is always trying to find new ways to re-fuel her eating habit. As a working mum, Luen also understands the struggle to incorporate strength and mobility into the spare minutes in one's day.
Luen's teaching style is playful but will get your heart pumping through longer, creative sequencing that incorporates physical therapy motion, deep core strengthening, and restorative poses. Anatomy, alignment, self-awareness, and keeping a curious spirit are at the foundation of every flow.
