Description
The seeds of yoga were planted deep within me from the time I was a child. I recall hearing my father’s stories of growing up in India and Nepal, where his father worked for the World Health Organization. These seeds bloomed and led me to share the teachings of yoga for nearly the last 20 years.
In 2010, I explored the world of yoga studio ownership. I walked that path for eight years and had the privilege of meeting so many amazing people until the Universe intervened and forced me to do something I couldn’t bring myself to do walk away. This was one of the hardest things I have ever done. The feeling of disappointing others and letting people down was unbearable, but what was more overwhelming was my exhaustion, my anxiety, and my burnout. My burnout was so debilitating that it took me over a year to reclaim my life.
