Yoga has been a constant part of my life for over a decade, and my practice has helped me grow stronger, more flexible and fearless, both on and off the mat. I've learned how to deal with stress and anxiety and how to B R E A T H E. Yoga has provided me a space to "just be".
Yoga inspires me to live each moment more mindfully.
I decided to complete yoga teacher training with the idea of teaching and to deepen my own practice. In the training my eyes were opened wider than they've ever been, I found my true passion, my purpose in life if you will, to share with others this beautiful practice. I will always be a student of the practice and am deeply grateful for the loving wisdom my teachers have shared with me. I am constantly reading new books and attending various trainings to expand my knowledge.
