Shambhala Yoga School & Stay

Our school is registered as a RYS200 with Yoga Alliance, which designates this teacher training program as one which follows Yoga Alliance’s standards. Students who complete a verified training with our school can work worlwide as yoga teachers and may be eligible to register with Yoga Alliance as Registered Yoga Teachers (RYTs).

The 200 Hour Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training Course is an intensive program designed to give you the knowledge, skills, and confidence to teach yoga classes based on the Vinyasa style with a deep introduction to Ashtanga Yoga.

We place a lot of emphasis on Yamas, Niyamas, Pranayama, Pratyahara and meditation, mixed with specific techniques to learn how to perfectly cue a Vinyasa Yoga class. Not forgeting that you will be practicing and enjoying Vinyasa and Ashtanga Yoga classes each day, for you to be able to improve your practice and master each asana!
