We are a Family-Friendly Studio in the heart of Issaquah, WA, offering Certified TRX Training, 70° Yoga, Foam Rolling, Land & Water Stand-Up-Paddleboard Fitness. Classes are hosted in over 3,000 sq ft of space (with virtual and outdoor options available). All surfaces are meticulously cleaned after each class. All props & equipment are sanitized with antibacterial/viral disinfectant to ensure your peace of mind. We keep you safe & supported at OMY.

We offer family-friendly classes for parents with the need to bring their little ones to the session. Ages 10 years & up are welcome to participate with their parent in any studio class (ages 12 years & up can attend classes independently). If you have a child under ten years of age, we have Family-Friendly class options available.
