We at Yoga Therapy Foundation aims at enabling the learners to reach those levels of excellence in their lives including physical, psychological, and spiritual to access the ultimate truth. Our primary goal is making the learners self-contained in the art of yoga and making them proficient in the use of yoga therapy for the welfare of this human society by offering therapeutic yoga teacher training.
