Inspired by it’s roots in Sanford, FL where it’s founder Rob Walsh was born, raised and began his journey of spreading the wisdom of Yoga. With emphasis on postures, breathing techniques and meditation, BBY practices thoughtful and reflexive yoga to promote both physical and mental well-being.
