If you want to up-level your life, I'm here for this.  Intensely.  Intensely, because I care about you.  Intensely, because this practice changed my life.  I am a human who was once so defensive and afraid of vulnerability that I was exhausted trying to keep up the ruse.  The practice of Baptiste Yoga led me to a practice of deep personal inquiry.  Today, there are no stones unturned in my life.  I will ask the same of you.  I will push you to hold your chaturanga longer than you want to.  I will empower you to look at where your life is not where you authentically want it to be.  And I will support you to be your best self - as a creation, not a concept.    The tools in my toolbox are at your disposal.  Now, it's time for you to level up and ask for them.
