Nogu Talei Yoga

Talei has been teaching Yoga for 12 years in the Lake Norman area. She is currently studying with Yogarupa Rod Stryker for her Master ParaYoga Teacher training. She has completed her 200hr from The Bodhi Tree Yoga School and her 500hr from The Holistic Institute of Charlotte. An eternal student Talei loves to read and delve into the history and philosophy of the yoga tradition. Her studies and travels have taken her around the world from Hong Kong to Fiji to Europe and Thailand. A once resident of London she made use of her time there to spend hours in the British Library studying texts.
