Since it was introduced in the U.S. over 50 years ago, millions of men and women of all ages and fitness levels have discovered the many benefits of Bikram Yoga – including me. After years of running track and weight training, I developed chronic knee pain, which led to surgery in 2010. Bikram Yoga helped to strengthen and heal my knees. It also helps me manage stress and the demands of very busy, but rewarding life. Bikram Yoga changed my life. It was the one opportunity that I had to focus completely on myself without the distractions of life and it was a time for me to also connect with like-minded, health-seeking individuals.
