Our mission is to enhance the physical and emotional well being of Gettysburg and our surrounding communities by providing yoga, Reiki, and wellness services, workshops and events.
Our vision is to support our community by providing a kind, humble, welcoming and gracious environment so that everyone can focus solely on his or her own individual yoga practice and journey without worry.
Our studio is located in the heart of Gettysburg in a registered Civil War Building between the Swope Manor and the Brafferton Inn on York Street. The main studio, where we practice both yoga and aerial yoga, has the charming and original hardwood flooring; please be mindful of the floor's imperfections. The second studio space has been refinished and is used for both yoga and Reiki. We hope you enjoy the beautiful and historic space as much as we do, and we look forward to seeing you on the mat or at one of our many events.
