Karuna Yoga Healinga Arts

The mission of Karuna Center for Yoga & Healing Arts is to create community and promote healing through yoga and the healing arts. We are available to people of all ages, abilities, ethnicities, and gender.

Karuna’s yoga studio offers yoga classes, yoga workshops with world-renowned yoga teachers, 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training, and 500-Hour Yoga Teacher Training, as well as a 500-Hour 5 Element Shiatsu Certification Program and 150-Hour Shiatsu Training.
