Loop Of Light

I have been honored to study with many brilliant teachers in my life, but one of my most influential teachers, Gary Kraftsow of the American Viniyoga Institute.

Loop of Light came to me as a way to see life as a process, not a destination...a full circle arrival of living an inspired “light-filled” life.  If you light a match and then turn the match upside down or sideways, the flame always travels in an upward direction. This is a great analogy to explain how light represents the universal symbol of consciousness, by moving in an upward stream.
