Description
After years of allowing my work to consume the rest of my life, my body was calling out for my attention through a series of breakdowns. I prioritized my practices of yoga, meditation, nutrition, mindfulness, and healing my body and my relationships. My personal journey helped me heal my body, mind and heart, and has opened me to my life’s work.
I synthesize ancient practices and principles of yoga, wellness, and other wisdom traditions, and make them accessible and relevant for life today.
I guide others create more power, ease and joy in their daily lives by adding in yoga, wellness and intention. My goal is to help you find more purpose and power right now, so that you can feel good and thrive.
