Description
Founded in 2006 by Deb & Russell Young (Exercise Physiologist), we offer alignment based yoga in the styles of vinyasa (dynamic), yin (gentle), beginners, and prenatal alongside some non-traditional options such as pressure point (myo-fascial release), and HIIT yoga to improve cardio-vascular fitness.
We are thrilled to be back in the studio, and are taking all the precautions necessary to keep our studio clean and safe. Please note you will need to BYO yoga mat. If you have recently been overseas or to a Covid-19 hotspot we ask that you do not attend the studio in person for 14 days.
