With over 20 years teaching experience and study in yoga in many traditions with amazing teachers I have finally formulated the best Yoga Teacher Training program. Held at the beautiful Hampshire Hills Athletic Club in Milford, New Hampshire, one weekend a month for 9 months, this YTT program will give you all the knowledge and confidence in teaching yoga classes.  When you graduate you will hold a Yoga Alliance recognized 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training Certificate.
