Liz has always had a passion for understanding how the human body moves and develops. On top of a childhood background in performance and weight training for track & field, she has been practicing yoga her entire adult life.
As a personal trainer, Liz doesn't believe in extreme regimens or aggressive coaching. Those don't lead to lasting results and leave most people off worse than they began. She fully believes in the power of dedicated, gradual changes to achieve a balance between wellness and enjoying the finer things in life.
