In class you will find a mindful yoga space where you will be accepted, supported and nurtured along your Yoga journey. We believe the Yoga Practice is accessible to everyone, regardless of physical ability or prior experience.
We offer classes for the Gentle practitioner through the more Advanced practitioner. Our styles range from Hatha to Vinyasa to Prenatal Yoga. We also offer classes in Meditation and Mindfulness to deepen your practice and connect you further into your own light and peace.
