Description
Our learning stream is based on Hatha and the roots of Vinyasa; Ashtanga. Students will learn to cue, using the clear, concise language of the Ashtanga Modified Series.
Using the Hatha Yoga Pradīpikā, an ancient amalgamation of knowledge regarding the practice of yoga, students will grow their understanding of asana, the six key pranayama practices, the use of mudras and bandhas and samadhi, or enlightenment.
