I love yoga. I love everything about yoga. My favorite part is the way yoga makes me feel mentally, which is why I keep coming back for more! It’s as if all my problems go away just for that time that I’m practicing and I’m totally present with my body and mind. I’ve done yoga for a long time, starting in college, when it was a just a physical practice for me. After college, I went to different yoga studios in the KC metro area before finding my yoga “home” at Maya Yoga downtown. I practiced downtown for a few years before opening my studio in Olathe.
