Christina found her way onto her mat more than 5 years ago and hasn't looked back since. What was first seen as just another workout quickly evolved into an essential means of healing not only her body, but her mind and spirit, too. After years of dedicated practice, and recognizing yoga for what it truly is - a gift that keeps on giving - Christina decided it was time to share that gift with others. She is now a 200-hour RYT through Yoga Alliance, specializing in Vinyasa yoga. Christina's classes are creatively sequenced with an emphasis on moving intuitively from posture to posture. While she likes to challenge her students with unique transitions and pose variations, she encourages them to honor their body first and foremost. She prioritizes always moving from a place of freedom, non-comparison and non-attachment; the rest will follow.
