Description
During my college years, I became interested in Hatha Yoga as a means of attaining health and well-being. It helped me to such a great extent I desired to share the knowledge with others. Over the past fourteen years, I’ve attended yoga trainings and obtained numerous professional certifications. In 2011 I founded Yoga Daya and opened a yoga studio in Los Angeles, CA. At the Yoga Daya studio I taught yoga, successfully mentored aspiring yoga teachers and directed teacher training programs through the Yoga Daya School. After seven years, I closed the yoga studio and relocated to Maryland. Yoga Daya is no longer a studio, it is my brand, and through it, I continue to offer teacher trainings, online courses, and classes. I am now a wife and mother focusing on balancing these new roles with my role as a professional.
