Now, what is hot yoga? Hot yoga is just what it sounds like: a yoga practice done in a heated environment. In India, the birthplace of yoga, temperatures are frequently in the 90s with 80-90% humidity so yoga is hot yoga. In our studio, this can range from 85 to 101 degrees Fahrenheit and is supplemented with additional humidity so that you, your skin, and your lungs are not dried out. Our hot yoga room features its own dedicated humidifier, UV light treatment system, and furnace with air exchange to keep your experience safe by constantly cycling CO2 out and fresh air back in
