I do Yoga, because it makes my life better and I truly enjoy sharing it with others and hope, that it will make their life better.
When I was a child, my mother taught us kids the basic yoga poses and practiced with us every day . Fortunately that stayed with me all my life.
Living on Maui, Hawai'i, for 20 years sparked the passion for it. During the 90s Maui was a hub for the increasing popularity of yoga in the West, and I found myself surrounded by fantastic teachers and yoga history in the making.
Spending combined time of 6 years in India deepened the experience.
