Description
Jennifer Munyer brings her ten plus years of experience in yoga therapy and mental health to offer individual counseling and group therapy as well as continuing education for yoga therapists. Her work supports clients and practitioners in deepening their connection to self, which supports clients and practitioners alike grow. Her interest is in the practical application of yoga philosophy as it pertains to both self care and client care. She has an interest and experience in supporting individuals with depression, anxiety, PTSD, and those going through life transitions. She lives and practices in western Washington and uses her experience in yoga philosophy, mental health, and nature to inform the facilitation of groups, individual treatment plans, and creating curriculum that invites yoga therapists to deeply dive into the information their inner selves has to share with them.
